I have a Pickmaster where the software sometimes stops and the

Error: 8339 Failed to read uplink data No connection to controller.

Then we close the program and starts the program again and then it works.

The error comes up 1-2 time per week.

The error is printet from event viewer on XP pro

We had same kind problems. They are almost history after i read Milun’s message about errors (codes are different but your message tells that something is wrong in communications).
