This is a problem (and solution) that I ran into this weekend. Upgraded Baseware on a multimove controller that has PM3. After the upgrade of baseware, I could start and stop the project and robots, but there was a delay in the robots starting because of not being able to download the ELOG files. I could go into the line, select the controller, and click on Update ELog files. It would slowly cycle through all of the files, but then say NOT updated. After several rounds of upgrading/downgrading baseware, uninstalling PM3 and upgrading to a newer version, etc, I replaced the Ethernet card in the PC. ELOG files downloaded correctly. So even though I could ping correctly, start and stop the project and robots correctly, there still seemed to be some sort of Ethernet problem with the PC port.
(Note: it is possible that the ELOG files were not updating BEFORE the baseware update. The only symptom would be a 20-30 second delay after starting the project, which is possible.)
