System failure [PickMaster 3]

Hi,

I don’t know if this is the right place to tell this problem:

We have a line of 3 IRB360 and I got 2 times system failure on 2 different robots.

Please find in attach the systemdump file after system failure of one of the robots. webwiz/622/SysDiagnosticsData.zip

RobotWare Version: 5.11.2003.02

Has anyone already get the same problem?

Yes have simular problem. Told to upgrade to RW 5.11.03 or 5.12.01. These releases have improvements in the control of IRB 360 motion. I will be trying to install this coming weekend.

OK thanks for the info I will also try to install next week the last RW.

Updated IRB 360 to RW 5.12.01. No sys-failures so far.
